Pope Francis is suffering from a recurring lung and bronchial infection, but this time it's more serious. Additional difficulties to his health turned for the worst once Jorge Bergoglio was elected Pope on 13 March 2013. This is when he took on the name Pope Francis as his papal name. Unbeknown to him, this name aggravated his orchestrated destiny, causing more challenges.

On the eve of 2020/2021 his health deteriorated further and in 2022 he had treatment for knee problems such that he had to cancel his overseas duties. It was suggested he resign but Francis had not considered resigning unless his health became too challenging that he could not run the church (Lettrology can see this).
But in March 2023, Francis was hospitalized with respiratory infections. However, in June, Francis underwent abdominal surgery after suffering from a hernia. He has suffered time and again, but Pope Francis said in January 2025, he has no plans to resign, as his predecessor did, due to health reasons.
Then; 14 February 2025, he was hospitalized once more due to bronchial infection in his respiratory tract, then pneumonia. On 22nd his health worsened.

All the above has markers indicating: the wrong name, even for what might be considered the right reasons, can be the initiator as to why his body has been out of tune from what his maker intended him for. As I write this (24/02/2025), Pope Francis is still at the Gemelli Hospital in Rome but my view on his recovering is grim. Without the aid of medical intervention, Jorge Mario Bergoglio is likely to return to his maker potentially on the 12 March. I identify this date as a possibility, but May, June and July months show every sign of further ill health.
