Married. . . with Children

Writer: Peter VaughanPeter Vaughan

Many of you will appreciate that being a child and having parents is completely different than being a parent and having children.

Starts off great, babies are cool, young children are cool, teenagers are..., what can one say, perhaps, not as you might have expected.

Teenagers do the darndest things, and you never saw it coming. They know about the tooth fairy, Santa, all the Santa's actually, that rabbits don't lay chocolate eggs and then there are the weird girlfriends, boyfriends, and friend friends, staying out late, drunk and such, calls to come and collect them from the police station, you know, the stuff you may have been doing to shatter your parent's life when you were their age.

One thing to consider, albeit almost too late, but not really ever too late, is discover the names you gave them, identified them perfectly. So, were you the problem when you gave your angels the names you did? But just a thought, did your parents know what you would turn out like based on the name they, or someone else suggested, you should be called?

It begs the question "What's in a name"? Hmm, turns out everything is in a name, your personality, characteristics, past and present events, and from my discoveries, even your future from today forward is in your name. Interesting thought to ponder over when you do 'coffee' next with your friends.

By knowing more about yourself, your better half or your children, grab a personality report and be surprised how much there is to know about you from just your basics, name and birthdate. After 45 years research, I know you'll raise your eyebrows, and think... "What, how the hell did he know this about me?"
